Strategies & Philosophies
These are the highest level project documents to be found in OCCMS and those which require mandatory Project Manager Approval. The objective of the documents in Module A is to identify, set out and explain clearly and unequivocally the approach and direction which the project will take when carrying out the work to be undertaken during the Completions & Commissioning phase.
The suite of documents in Module A addresses:
- COMPLETIONS & COMMISSIONING STRATEGY & SCHEDULE
- COMPLETIONS WORK WHICH PRECEDES START-UP
