The role of maintaining direction through a process of exact and explicit instructions becomes ever more necessary as the work moves into the execution. The means by which everyone works together and ensures that commonality in approach exists is critical. This module has taken what it considers to be the most critical key areas of work execution and has embedded within it’s templates, flowcharts and spreadsheets which if tailored to the precise needs of the project will provide and maintain the level required in control and direction. Every aspect of work activity in completion and commissioning has been identified and the corresponding control process for that activity has been included.
