INTERFACE MANAGEMENT IN COMPLETIONS & COMMISSIONING
Through experience, Orion recognise the vulnerability and threat to the success of a project if communicative lines of interface are not maintained and the resultant exchange of information is either lost or forgotten. INMACC is a uncomplicated process which:
- Identifies the interfaces
- Puts the tools in place to facilitate control
- Establishes a unified common control process
- Prioritises, plans and schedules the interface correspondence
- Maintains and reports progress, identifies shortfalls and closes issues when interfacing groups reach a mutual satisfactory conclusion.
The process will work between all and any interfacing parties whether they are client to client, client to contractor or contractor to contractor.
Once again, the process will work if it is owned, applied and people are made accountable.
